Sinking Out of Sight #1-60, 2013-2018
In the past six years we have often felt the urge to withdraw ourselves. Like an introvert in the shadows. Like a nerve under the skin. In those moments the world moved through us in a different way. Small - as small as possible. Undramatic - moments brought down to nearly nothing. Quiet - like a spectroscope able to detect only one wavelength at a time. These photographs are the result of that process. They are silently pulsating visual rhythms - invitations to sink out of sight.
